IMMENSE IN MERCY
“So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy”
Romans 9:16 (NKJV)
Are you already beating yourself up for your failures?
You seem to think you have tried all you can, and nothing beautiful seems to happen?
Are you already discouraged about the outcome of the year?
Are you thinking the year will end with you as a failure?
Do you think your mistakes are too huge for God to help you?
Or do you think all that God is plotting is how to destroy you?
Before you throw in the towel.
Before you give up. Before you think there is no help for you and it is all over.
PAUSE TO PONDER on this:
GOD IS MERCIFUL!
It is not how good or smart you think you are.
It is not how well you are connected.
It is not your effort or your plans.
It is not the size of your offense.
Turn to God to RECEIVE HIS MERCY!
The concept of God’s mercy has not really been understood and esteemed by most brethren in Christ.
Others even think since they are now in Christ, they don’t need the mercy of God. Some also think the Grace of God is greater than the Mercy of God.
The concept of God’s Mercy is not limited to the Old Testament.
The concept of God’s Mercy is a picture of His heart.
GOD IS MERCIFUL!
“But the Lord our God is merciful and forgiving…” Daniel 9:9 (NLT).
All that God is, is Eternal or forever and ever. Therefore, God’s Mercy is not temporal. God’s Mercy is the attitude of His heart. His MERCY IS FOREVER (Jeremiah 33:11).
Understand that the entire work of Salvation began with the Mercy of God. The eternal work of salvation is not only by grace. It is also according to the richness of God’s Mercy.
Even though your new birth in Christ is by grace through faith, it is according to the great Mercy of God.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead” 1 Peter 1:3 (ESV)
The Mercy of God is the game changer; it showed up for man to make the difference (when by corruptibility, all hope was lost for man).
In the most hopeless situation, God’s Mercy brings new hope to you.
In the New Testament, we see the fullness of God’s Mercy.
He is IMMENSE IN MERCY. For God to be immense in Mercy means He is full and rich in Mercy.
“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” Ephesians 2:4-6 (KJV)
The opening verses of Ephesians 2 (see verse 1 – 3) points out the hopeless state of Man before Salvation, BUT God’s richness in Mercy made the difference:
– Dead in trespasses and sins. BUT GOD…
– Walked according to or controlled by the course of this world, the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience. BUT GOD!…
– Lived in the lusts of their flesh. BUT GOD!…
– Fulfilling the desires of the flesh and the mind. BUT GOD!
– Were by nature the children of wrath and destined for eternal condemnation and punishment. BUT GOD!
You may currently look at yourself and feel your faith has become weak. BUT GOD!
No matter your present state and how worse things are, the answer has always been in Ephesians 2:4…
“BUT GOD, WHO IS RICH IN MERCY…”
It is not “but your hard work and strength”.
IT IS BUT GOD WHO IS IMMENSE IN MERCY.
The blind man, when he heard of Jesus passing by, cried out, saying, “Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me”. (Luke 18:38).
Precious one, it is not how high you always think your faith is. Maybe you may think you have not increased much in faith, so there is no hope for you. Cheer up!
JESUS IS MERCIFUL. Praise and thank Him for HIS SURE MERCIES on your life.

– I receive the mercies of God in all I do.

– I humbly rejoice in the richness of God’s Mercy.

The immeasurable riches of God’s mercy
So thank you Lord for making me qualify for you mercy although our works did not merit it
What a God we serve. Always Slow to anger
And one amazing thing about your mercy is that, it was through your mercy that we merited the grace and favor of the most High God
Our Lord is Rich in MERCY
Exactly sir. For who is man that He should be mindful of
And one scripture that sets my heart in joy is Hebrews 4 verse 16 ; Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Oh thank you Lord
Ohh boi…I obtain Mercy
The love of God
It is by your mercy that I am a part of Christ Commonwealth Community. A home of love, inspiration and teaching of the unadulterated Word of God
Woow.. The Mercy JESUS merited to us is by gift wrapping this Glorious Family to us.. Christ COMMONWEALTH-community.
It is by your mercy I have Apostle Benjamin Amissah Ansah as my sherpherd. Indeed the Spirit of God did not mince Words when He said , I will send you teachers after my own flock to guide you and show you pastures
We are blessed sir. So imagine we didn’t attend the schools we attended would we have met this wonderful opportunity of God
What a sure Mercy to have Apostle Bennie as our SHEPHERD
It does not matter my mistakes or errors God is merciful
The rich mercies of God
GLORY TO GOD
And we dont take advantage of God’s mercy to sin. Because of God’s mercy, we donot sin because the love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts in the face of Jesus
What God I serve. The only God who can entrust greatness into man
In situations where there seems to be no hope, the mercy of God appears
The Mercy of Jesus never fails
One reason why I can never be inferior
Our work of salvation even began with the mercy of God
Thank you sweet Jesus for thinking about me, taking me as I was , transforming and culturing me with your Word. It was all through your mercy
The power of mercy
Because of your mercy , I refuse to give up. Because of your mercy, I cannot be discouraged

When it appears all hope is lost, the Lord appears in His mercy. He never leaves His children- ISAIAH 49 VERSES 15 TO 16
Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget,
I will not forget you!

I hit my target
I get the results I targeted for the year.
I make progress by the Mercy of Jesus

Everyday..i enjoy Fresh Mercies
I didn’t hit my target…BUT GOD who is rich in MERCY would cause me to hit my target in this month of December…
