GOD TRUSTS YOU GREATLY
“According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust”
1 Timothy 1:11 (KJV)
The glorious gospel of our Lord Jesus is the greatest treasure in the universe.
Though there were glimpses of the gospel declared by the prophets, the unique detail was a mystery.
The gospel is the wisdom of God, the package of God’s richest revelation and the secret eternal plan.
To the saints in Christ, the gospel is a revelation; but it was and is a mystery to those who are not in Christ.
“Instead, we continually speak of this wonderful wisdom that comes from God, hidden before now in a mystery. It is his secret plan, destined before the ages, to bring us into glory. None of the rulers of this present world order understood it, for if they had, they never would have crucified the Lord of shining glory. This is why the Scriptures say: Things never discovered or heard of before, things beyond our ability to imagine— these are the many things God has in store for all his lovers.“ 1 Corinthians 2:7-9
This great mystery of God which is embodied in the gospel was not entrusted to the most learned men of the Jewish law, irrespective of their status.
God could not share nor trust them with this great treasure.
To be in Christ and to have access to this glorious gospel is a great thing. And even more to be entrusted with the opportunity to know and preach the gospel is a GREAT TRUST!
When you came into Christ, the gospel was committed to your trust (1 Timothy 1:11).
Anyone who sees the responsibility of preaching the gospel as a burden does not understand the extent God treasures this gospel.
This is a gospel angels desire to look into (1 Peter 1:12).
To be trusted with the Gospel is to be brought into partnership with God.
What a privilege.
Look at what Paul said:
“My heart spills over with thanks to God for the way he continually empowers me, and to our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, who found me trustworthy and who authorized me to be his partner in this ministry.” 1 Timothy 1:12 (TPT).
Beloved to be commissioned with the gospel in Christ is more than a responsibility, it is God TRUSTING YOU GREATLY.
He trusts you so much that He has entrusted you with the glorious gospel.
Make the most of this GREAT TRUST OF THE LORD.

What a privilege to be entrusted with this Gospel. Thank you Lord Jesus.

God’s treasured revelation is committed to my trust what a privilege I have to partner with God
Thank you Lord Jesus that what angels longed to look into has been entrusted into my care and I depend on you that others will hear this privilege
Oh what a privilege to be a partner of God. Thank you Lord for transforming lives through me.
