\nRN - OR Inpatient
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work varied schedule as an inpatient OR registered nurse
\n• Must float between BDWMC & BBWMC campuses
\n• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
\n• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
\n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies
\n• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
\n• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and developmental needs
\n• Formulate and implement individualized patient care plans including discharge planning
\n• Document all care activities legibly and timely in patient records
\n• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
\n• Provide patient and family education and evaluate effectiveness
\n• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to work area
\n• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend frequently
\n• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
