This hybrid role based in the Orlando Metro Area or surrounding region will report to our Orlando, FL Trial Division office.
We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to manage insurance defense cases across Central Florida and throughout the state. Experience in Florida federal courts is a strong plus.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Maintains an active license in the state in which the position is located.
Typically, more than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.
Significant litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation; complex legal practice across courts and agencies; highly effective written and verbal communication; collaborative, mentoring, negotiation, problem solving; strong time management; computer savvy; adaptability to changes in law and technology; strong leadership and ethical compliance. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences, may take precedence.

Overtime Eligibility: Not Eligible (Exempt)
Working Conditions: Generally, a normal office environment, but may be staffed working from home. Frequent travel, occasional overnight travel, extended hours. Valid drivers license required.
