Overview

Senior Customer Success Team Manager role at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community, working with Monday.com. This is a hybrid role in our NYC office. The role leads a team of Customer Success Managers (HT CSMs) to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day execution to exceed the business retention and growth targets of monday.com.
  • Create and identify strategies to proactively address adoption, engagement, and retention risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on account plans and reviews with Account Managers, Managing Directors, and CS Managers to identify opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with cross-functional partners to highlight risks, opportunities, and progress on the CS roadmap.
  • Own the retention forecast for Strategic customers, reporting risks and their mitigation status weekly.
  • Collaborate with CS leadership and teams to build, execute, and refine the CS roadmap.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in CSM roles (3+ as a Senior CSM/Principal).
  • 2-3 years of direct experience managing a high-functioning team of CSMs.
  • Experience with HT customers, managing executive relationships and end-user relationships.
  • Experience using CS tools and rolling these out to teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining urgency and poise under pressure, with a focus on KPIs and success metrics.
  • Analytical skills: data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
  • Experience carrying a retention or growth target.
  • Some travel for customer visitation.
  • Past sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation range: $165,000 - $220,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity. Compensation ranges for candidates outside NYC may differ based on cost of labor and other location factors.
