Worker Type: Regular

Exciting Incentives:

Sign-on bonus: $4,000

Note: Sign-on bonuses are for external qualified candidates. Internal candidates should consult their recruiter for options.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with working hours from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Thursday) and 7:45 am to 1:00 pm (Friday).

This position involves rooming patients, making interpersonal skills essential.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in line with our established policies and protocols, ensuring the highest quality service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating changes in patient conditions as needed.
• Coordinate care among various health disciplines to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly.
• Assist in assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Engage in patient rounds with the physician within an inpatient setting.
• Apply evidence-based practices and tailor nursing care to meet the specific needs of patients at different life stages.
• Uphold professional nursing standards in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics and our organizational values.
• Maintain situational awareness and practice safety at all times.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or possess equivalent education for licensing.

Experience:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ongoing verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Regular standing and walking, with occasional lifting or carrying weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Daily use of vision to assess patients, read equipment, and respond to visual cues.
• Capable of facing physical demands such as bending, kneeling, and transferring patients.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by a Compact State or the Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN).
