Commercial Real Estate Development Internship

This is a commercial real estate development internship to assist Global's Real Estate Ventures team in analyzing, permitting, and executing on brownfield redevelopments for non-petroleum uses including industrial, residential, and other niche asset classes.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Underwriting of real estate investments in excel
• Attend meetings (virtual and in-person) with architects, consultants, brokers, and local government officials in connection with
• Conduct research projects to assist REV team and compile/present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyzing, permitting, and executing on brownfield redevelopments for non-petroleum uses including industrial, residential, and other niche asset classes.

Qualifications:

• Interest in commercial real estate and/or infrastructure investing
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Excel
• Strong communication skills

Pay Range $16.03 - $20.46

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
