We are currently seeking a QA Tester to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

QA Tester

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning: Create detailed test plans and cases based on requirements.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Bug Tracking: Document and report issues using tools like Jira.
• Collaboration: Work with developers and product teams to ensure quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to testing processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Postman).
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
• Certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
