Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of assigned electrical projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of mission critical/data center electrical projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Oversee Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and changes.
  • Manage subcontracts, procurement, and vendor relationships to keep critical path items on track.
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements; coordinate with project teams to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with mission critical standards including redundancy, commissioning protocols, and client specifications.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain transparent communication with leadership and clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of electrical project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on mission critical/data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, and fast-paced projects.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for managing both client and internal team expectations.
