Cima specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality signage for diverse clients. If you're looking for a job that allows you to be hands on, passionate, and build incredible signs that can turn into an expansive career, we're currently hiring for full-time positions in our Channel Letter department. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in basic sign production tasks under Supervision.
• Prepare materials for sign production, including cutting and organizing components. 
• Operate machinery and tools with guidance. 
• Weld, rivet, or bolt components together, primarily aluminum. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Prefer current and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials throughout the shop and adjacent outside areas. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; work with their hands handle, or feel, whether directly manipulating components or using controls on an assembly machine. Employee must be able to talk or hear over shop noise. Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time at worktables. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 to 75 pounds and move it for at least 50 feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
