Role Description This is a contract remote role as a Luxury Real Estate Agent. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and marketing high‑end luxury residential properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include client consultations, property showings, market analysis, contract negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the luxury real estate market and build strong client relationships. Qualifications MUST have a valid California real estate license issued by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). MUST have a valid California driver’s license and own automobile with insurance. MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid U.S. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), i.e., a Social Security Number (SSN). MUST have personal electronic devices such as a smartphone, computer, or laptop. MUST have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preferred: highly competitive, ambitious, self‑motivated, strong work ethic, and a passion for success. Preferred: real estate sales experience as a California REALTOR®. Preferred: currently reside in Southern California with familiarity of the local market.
