Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with property showings, inspections, and open houses
  • Coordinate listing preparation, including staging, photography, and vendor appointments
  • Manage MLS input, property details, and marketing collateral
  • Support transaction management and client communication through closing
  • Handle scheduling, database updates, and file organization for team efficiency
  • Collaborate on social media content, email marketing, and visual storytelling that aligns with the Sotheby’s brand
  • Provide on-the-ground support for events, client gifts, and community outreach
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license in Kansas or Missouri (both preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate, marketing, or client services
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like MLS, Dotloop, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
  • Flexible and resourceful — able to pivot quickly and problem-solve with grace
  • Positive energy and collaborative mindset — a true team player who loves connecting with people
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Kansas City metro
