Position: Head of Affiliate Marketing

Compensation: USD $100,000 - $130,000 per annum + up to 30% Performance Bonus

Total Annual Package: Up to USD $174,100

Role Overview

Puffy is a top 5 mattress brand in the US, and we're seeking a results-driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate program strategy and drive significant revenue growth through innovative partnership approaches. This role will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network and optimizing program performance across the competitive D2C mattress landscape.

Youll establish and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, identify unexplored channels, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and support our position as an industry leader.

Youll gain insider knowledge of what drives conversions in this unique spacefrom content partnerships to PPC affiliates to emerging channels most marketers havent touched. Youll build a track record that opens doors across the entire D2C ecosystem.

What Youll Need

• Proven D2C Expertise: 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a B2C ecommerce environment within the North American sleep sector (USA/Canada)
• Proven Success in Onboarding and Scaling Organic Publishers and PPC Affiliate Partners
• Advanced Affiliate Knowledge: Indepth understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and performance metrics (EPC, ROAS)
• Data & Analytics Skills: Proficiency in marketleading affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact or Partnerize) and secondary platforms (BrandVerity, Similarweb/Ahrefs, or Visual Ping)
• PerformanceDriven Mindset: Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and optimizing top affiliates for maximum ROI
• Negotiation & Communication: Strong background in managing vendor/partner relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Entrepreneurial Approach: Selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced, highgrowth environments and can adapt quickly to changing market dynamics

• Paid Media Experience: Familiarity with running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns in tandem with affiliate initiatives
• Startup/ScaleUp Exposure: Past work in a rapidly scaling company, comfortable navigating limited resources and swift pivots
