We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Head Baker to lead our bakery operations and create high-quality baked goods that delight our customers every day. If you’re an experienced baker with strong leadership skills and a love for crafting breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch, we want to meet you!

*Key Responsibilities*

* Oversee daily baking operations and production schedules
* Prepare breads, pastries, and specialty baked items following established recipes
* Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
* Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Always maintain food safety and sanitation standards
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of all baking orders

*Qualifications*

* Minimum of 3–5 years of professional baking experience, including supervisory or lead roles.
* A degree in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts is often preferred, and training programs provide
* valuable, hands-on experience.
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough development, and pastry production
* Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
* Creativity and passion for baking innovation
* ServSafe certification (preferred)
