What You'll Do:
As a Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter, you'll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing exceptional healthcare professionals.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Developing creative recruitment strategies to meet client hiring goals.
• Leveraging CRM/ATS tools to stay organized and maximize efficiency.
• Ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every client and candidate you work with.

What You Bring:

• Sales and or phone experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• Positive attitude and and financially motivated
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
