Responsibilities

• Handle litigation in child custody, child support, spousal support, and divorce matters.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively under high?stress situations.
• Provide counsel to clients and shape case strategy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a family law attorney.
• Hands?on litigation experience in the areas above.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
