Emergency Department Physician
We’re seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to lead and provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our community.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes through clinical leadership and collaboration.
• Respond to emergency alerts (e.g., Code Blue) and direct emergency interventions.
• Identify and resolve issues in patient care and the clinical environment promptly.
• Address community concerns and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate critical information to hospital leadership as needed.
• Support antibiotic stewardship initiatives and participate in related committees.
• Practice within approved privileges and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Complete documentation and charting in a timely manner, meeting meaningful use requirements.
• Participate in hospital rounds, swing-bed program, and physician-on-call rotation as needed.
• Serve as Medical Staff Advisor and contribute to case management and utilization review.

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical degree, currently licensed with the state of Missouri.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine, internal medicine, family practice.
• Certified in ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
• Protects PHI and HIPAA sensitive information for all patients and staff.
• Provides excellent care by ensuring all licensure, certification and hospital specific compliance training standards are met or exceeded.
• Consistently follows departmental and hospital Health, Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials policies, and best practices.

Compensation Information:
$190.00 / Hourly - $210.00 / HourlyDetails:
Paid bi-weekly, 12-hour shifts, full-time = 12+ shifts / month
