Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to older adults in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and household tasks while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

• Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, activities, and outings to enhance their social and emotional well-being.

• Medication Reminders: Assist with medication adherence under supervision, ensuring clients take prescribed medications on time.

• Meal Preparation & Nutrition: Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.

• Light Housekeeping & Home Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including light housekeeping and laundry.

• Transportation & Errands: Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential errands.

• Observations & Reporting: Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor.

• Dementia & Chronic Condition Support: Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson’s, or other chronic conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or hospital setting).

• Certification (Preferred but not Required): CNA, HHA, MA or PCA certification is a plus. CPR/BLS certification preferred.

• Soft Skills: Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility. Physical clearance from physician, LIC 503. TB Clearance

• Background Check: Must pass a background check and reference verification. Registration on the Home Care Aide Registry preferred.

• Availability: Flexible scheduling, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
