Overview World Wide Technology is looking for a Data Analyst. This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner. Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Bay Area, CA Duration: 6 Months Contract. Job Description Project: Build a regular reoccurring process to validate security controls Responsibilities Coordinate security controls data collection from systems owners; establish recurring data collection processes Collect, extract, transform and normalize data. Establish reliable, repeatable steps or automation to manage data collection Create a visualization (Dashboard or other) system to show current state and trends related to security controls data Collaborate with risk and operations resources to interpret the security controls data and develop KPI metrics against them Skills Excel and PowerBI, or other data analytics platforms 5 years Security controls, audit and risk management experience Experience integrating with or pulling data from Splunk, ELK stack and Qradar Scripting in Python or Powershell API and Tool Integration: The ability to use APIs to programmatically pull data from different security products Must have experience Excel and PowerBI WWT Statement World Wide Technology is looking for a Data Analyst. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $45 to $50 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
