What You'll be Doing:
Handle all aspects of flatwork finishing: bull-floating, brooming, power troweling, and sealing
Set and finish sump pits, floor drains, and cut control joints or apply zip strip
Screed off of sand and shoot grade with precision
Take responsibility for the quality, safety, and final presentation of each slab
Clean and maintain finishing tools and job site areas
Occasionally assist with foundations and footing work
Lead by example on-site and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
Who We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on concrete finishing experience, including control joints and slab work
Confident using finishing equipment and reading grades
Takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality results
Leads and communicates clearly without needing to shout or tear others down
Willing to mentor others and foster a positive, safety-focused environment
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a reliable work ethic
