ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests wins.Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Cleans trash urns and ash trays. Vacuums carpeted areas. Sweeps and mops tile, brick, and concrete areas. Polishes furniture and bright areas. Strips and waxes tile floors. Shampoos and spots carpeted areas. Uses extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, shampoo machines, polishing machines, and special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area. Operates a motorized vehicle, i.e. an aerial lift.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
Open.Physically strong. Knowledge of floor machines and cleaning equipment.General knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and waxes.
