Mo Cara Hospice Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals at the end of their life journey. We offer comfort, dignity, and peace to both residents and their families. We are looking to add to our growing team of dedicated staff committed to delivering exceptional hospice services.
Responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families of Mo Chara Hospice and Anam Assisted Living either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors. Position is Full-Time. Previous experience a plus.
Qualifications/ experience: Working with patients and families dealing with death / dying issues. Ability to accept different lifestyles, culture and beliefs.
