Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

This is a hands-on role where precision, speed, and teamwork are essential to producing premium cannabis products.

As a Cannabis Packager, you will play a critical role in preparing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products to meet Gramazon’s quality standards and production goals . Your attention to detail, consistency, and ability to work efficiently will help ensure every product is packaged safely, accurately, and on time.
Accurately package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates with speed and consistency.
Label, seal, and organize finished products for inventory and shipment.
Maintain accurate production logs and track workflow.
Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment daily to meet safety standards.
Meet daily and weekly production quotas while maintaining high quality.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving production environment .
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace .
Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining production standards.
Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions .
Previous cannabis or production experience is a plus but not required.
