Urbana's Lounge Host provides an incredible experience for guests visiting our luxurious consumption lounge. You will be an ambassador, providing a great guest experience with knowledge of our products, Cannabis and a commitment to hospitality.

If you love working in an energized, community setting, in an industry that is all about making people feel good, this is the job for you.

Your working hours will primarily be in the lounge. Duties will involve delivering a great guest experience, caring for guests and supporting events like comedy night, salsa lessons and more.

We provide continuous cannabis education and are looking for team members who are curious about the science of cannabis. We are committed to our culture of learning and sharing what we learn with our customers and each other. If you don't have cannabis experience and you love taking care of people we'd love to talk. Applicants with restaurant and hospitality experience are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Successfully create a warm, luxurious and hospitable place for customers to enjoy and learn about our products.
• Support brand awareness through events and vendor partnerships.
• Communicate effectively with customers to drive sales while providing excellent customer service.
• Educates customers on the various strains, uses, and methods of consumption.
• Demonstrates working knowledge and complies with all state/ municipal laws and regulations.
• Ensures overall cleanliness of the Lounge
• Maintains a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations while setting a positive example for the team.
• Maintains open communication with management and retail staff.
• Educate staff and customers
• Have an exceptional commitment to hospitality.

• Rate: $18.50-$21 / Hour +Tips (Tips are currently averaging an additional $3 to $6 an hour)
