PRAYER – A WARFARE TRANSCEIVER 1
“With all prayer and petition pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all God’s people”
Ephesians 6:18 (Amplified)
There cannot be a discussion on spiritual warfare without prayer.
The scriptures emphasize the need for prayer. We see the importance of prayer through the life and testimonies of the Biblical patriarchs, prophets, priests, kings, servants, soldiers, wives, husbands, widows, the rich, the poor, the distressed, the victorious, farmers, physicians, craftsmen, builders, fishermen, prime ministers, scribes, prisoners, eunuchs, sinners, apostles, the youths and the adults or the old.
Prayer is not for some specific people. Both the small and the great are all called to prayer.
From the scriptures and the epistles, we are charged to pray at all times, in every place or everywhere and without ceasing.
Jesus shared a parable to this end, “men ought always to pray and not faint” (Luke 18:1).
Prayer is a demonstration of faith and confidence in God.
Prayer is essential in this spiritual warfare. It is an advanced technology given to us by God, to stay in touch with the military command post or control center.
Unceasing prayer gives access to unceasing mission plans and strategies.
This was David’s main battle strategy. He was always in touch with God at every battle. Therefore, he always knew what to do on the battlefield. While the enemies were strategizing, David was in touch with God who knows and sees all things.
You don’t fight against unseen evil forces, principalities, powers, or rulers of dark places and not be consistent in prayer at all times.
It is a dangerous thing to be a soldier and not be in touch with your military headquarters.
In ancient times, Roman soldiers were always in communication with their command base.
Orders were given via horns, drums, movement of flags and riders on horseback.
Not staying in touch with military orders can be disastrous for a soldier.
How are you waging spiritual warfare without praying at all times?
You must also understand that prayer is one of the mediums we prove that we are submitted to God.
Anything you are not praying about is not under God’s rule and dominion.
When you pray, you bring everything or situation under God’s rule.
You must pray all prayers and pray always in the Spirit.
Have you prayed today?
Are you in touch with your military command base?
Have you received an instruction from God through prayer?
Or you are running by your own strength, strategy and plan.
Get into prayer; get God involved.
This is how you walk in possibilities!

I am not a lone ranger
I make sure I draw from the headquarters of Divine results
I keep on praying and submitting everything under the rule of God

Thank you Lord Jesus, for the understanding to pray.
I pray
Oh glory to to God!
We are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities, the powers of this dark world, spiritual wickedness in the heavenly places. For this course, we can’t do without prayer. God is the master strategist; He has eyes on every corner of the battle field, no plot of the adversary escapes His sight. When you are in touch with Him you can never be a disadvantage nor be a victim of the schemes of the adversary or the weapons of the forces of the dark world.
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in the hands of the soldier who is always in touch with God.
You can easily be discouraged or wander on the battle field when you’re not in touch with your military headquarters.
I gain access to unceasing mission plans and strategies through my unceasing prayers
I pray all prayers and I pray always in the Spirit.
I receive instructions from God through prayer.
Through prayer I see possibilities.
I wage spiritual warfare through prayer.
The Lord shows me what to do when I pray
