THE WORD ENDURES FOREVER
” BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER.” And this is the word [the good news of salvation] which was preached to you” 1Peter 1:25 (Amplified).
The word of God is not as a research theory which may be updated.
Situations come and go. People come and go. Even the sun does not shine all through a day. But the word of God abides forever.
It is eternal, immovable and indestructible.
“Your eternal word, O LORD, stands firm in heaven.” PSALM 119:89 (NLT).
Don’t treat the Word as another opinion from your mere thoughts.
The word of God is not one of the philosophical thoughts.
From John 1, we see the word preexisting before time and the world began.
The Word was with God and the Word was God.
All things were made by the Word.
The worlds (universe, ages) were framed and created [formed, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose] by the Word of God. The Word carries, maintains and propels the universe (both spiritual and physical) to the predetermined goal. (See Hebrews 1:2-3; 11:3, Amplified)
The Word of God is the best counsel of God to man.
There are some who trust men than what God’s Word has revealed. They trust the news from the various media outlets than the goodnews of the Lord proclaimed as the Word of God.
Others believe in ancient mythologies, traditional proverbs and historical accounts of men which have no infallible proofs.
They trust theories and godless conspiracies which has no certainty about the future than the Word of God.
” Human beings are frail and temporary, like grass, and the glory of man fleeting like blossoms of the field. The grass dries and withers and the flowers fall off, but the Word of the Lord endures forever! And this is the Word that was announced to you!” 1 Peter 1:24-25 (TPT).
OH HALLELUJAH.
Another glorious thing about the born again is that, YOUR NEW BIRTH IN CHRIST is by THE SEED OF THE WORD WHICH LIVES AND ABIDES FOREVER. (1 Peter 1:23).
The Word of God cannot be corrupted!
Beloved this sure word of God is the foundation of your life.
